<p>And kudos to fashion offender Erica DeRamus, below, who just said no to the paddle&#8211;and got suspended. &#8220;This is not the 1940s,&#8221; DeRamus told Fox News.  &#8220;We don&#8217;t take corporal punishment now.&#8221;</p>
